Mr. Tan In Fong is the Managing Director of Oneworld Hanxin College. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in the United States with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He is deeply committed to the advancement of higher education.
Mr. Tan was educated in Chinese-language school from a young age. After graduating from Chong Hwa High School Kluang in 1986, he worked in various roles including sales and private tutoring. He later completed a diploma program at INTI College before pursuing further studies in the United States. Upon returning to Malaysia, he began his career in education in 1995.
Inspired by the late President Lim Keng Hun’s educational vision, Mr. Tan took up the mantle in 2018 with a firm resolve to carry forward his legacy. He believes that education should not be profit-driven, but rather fueled by passion and a strong sense of purpose — to nurture skilled professionals for the nation and cultivate thoughtful, responsible young people for society.
In addition, Mr. Tan also serves as the President of Axismatics Professional Institute and is the founder of Hanxin Pictures Sdn Bhd, through which he continues to promote quality education and media development across various platforms.
Ms. Jennifer Tan has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Oneworld Hanxin College since 2014 and is concurrently the CEO of Hanxin Pictures Sdn Bhd. She holds a BA (Hons.) in Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, UK, and a Master’s degree in Human Sexuality Studies from Shu-Te University, Taiwan. She is also a certified Train-the-Trainer by HRDF Malaysia.
Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in higher education, vocational training, and corporate leadership. She has held diverse roles throughout her career—including lecturer, music teacher, marketing manager, and vocational education head—demonstrating a strong commitment to education transformation. Upon joining Hanxin, she has led major initiatives such as the relocation of the campus, enhancement of facilities, and expansion of industry-linked programs.
